I'm on PS4, downloaded the new season update, entered Destiny, selected guardian, then I see the orbit, my ship never arrives, I see my player card on the top right but it's in black, with 0 light power. I opened the Directory, selected a location (anywhere at this point), the message of it's launching loads then , nothing happens, I'm penanently stuck in orbit since the start of this update, I restarted the app, the internet, the ps4, multiple times and it stills happens. I thought you checke into this in the maintenance but It's still happening this to me no even an error is showing to me, not even Contacting Destiny Servers. If I join to a friend he sees my ship but I don't see any reaction on my screen, my friend can't take me anywhere, just saying the matchmaking couldn't load, that's it. Please help. EDIT: Bungie Answered the problem. UPDATE: To resolve this issue, affected players have to remove their inactive Cross Save characters from their Clan. 1) Log into Bungie's site with the inactive platform account 2) Go to your Clan page 3) Leave the Clan Players still affected should report to the Help Forum. https://twitter.com/BungieHelp/status/1271198618058276865
