Powerful Friends Mod not working (solved)
It was working just fine last season.
I have the mod on my cloak for my hunter. I have Outreach (Arc based mod) on in order to activate the secondary perk on Powerful Friends. Yet, it does not show that the secondary perk is active. I've put in more mods that are arc aligned and it still does not activate the secondary perk.
Why is this not working?
Edit 1: doesn't stack anymore :(

I've got the same thing! All my mobility came from those mods! 😭
