Guns are often failing to fire using Xbox elite 1 controller after the update
After the update, my guns often will not fire when pulling the trigger while using the hair trigger function of the Xbox elite series 1 controller.
This was not an issue until the custom control update went live today.

As soon as I jumped into gameplay on Tuesday noticed this and thought maybe I was crazy or there was something wrong with my elite controller. Ever since, it has really affected my gameplay and just made me frustrated. Glad to see I’m not crazy

3 RepliesThis is also an issue on PS4, I'm using a Scuf, but i think it may be affecting standard controllers too. Saw someone mention trigger stops were affected by new mapping options, so I may try taking mine off (although I don't want to have to)

Was playing with my dad. . he was having that issue as well. (i was not). fwiw he has an elite controller.. . xbox.

Movement is broken as well. Feels like I'm moving through honey and my sprint just cancels itself every time I jump.

Initially I thought it was to do with the new season blocking my revoker in the first mission, but there seems to be a delay after pulling the trigger quite hard. I have checked xbox accessories app and it checks out fine with the test. I hope this is sorted asap!

Same issue on xbox one x elite controller. Right trigger doesnt fire faster on grenade launchers. Delayed firing even with rapid fire frames

Are you on the short trigger pull setting? For now I can get it to work by switching to the long trigger pull setting

If you change the deadzones on the triggers it fixes that issue
