"inactive characters"
i went to create a clan and it wouldnt show up in game and i looked at the clan in bungo.net and it says i have inactive characters even though on xbox and pc my preferred platform i have all 3 of my characters what is happening?

If so, your Steam characters are inactive due to you having cross-save with Xbox as the main account. This means that in order for you to be in a clan and for it to show in-game, you need to be in a clan on your Xbox account. If you created the clan with your Steam account, it may be impossible for you to administer that clan, as noted, the account's characters are inactive due to cross-save. So, either create a new clan or join one using your Xbox account.

1 ReplyHi there. Your Steam characters are in the clan, but not your Xbox characters, which are the active ones; this is why it shows inactive characters. You need to join the clan with your Xbox characters.
