I've never seen a person take arguing on a forum about a game that 99.997% (and I might be generous saying 1 million people actually care about this game) of the world could care less about so seriously. Take that megamind and go solve world hunger or something, trying to win every argument on a forum isn't an accomplishment. And it's obvious by the almost 100 upvotes he's got quite the reputation for trying to.

Slagging them off in public is bullshit. This forum is about Destiny. It is not a place to air your problems with another player. If you disagree with what someone has to say, then make the effort to strengthen your own arguments so you can interact in a civil manner. Then maybe you will look thoughtful and intelligent, instead of petty.

I figured I’d get a response like this. I’m not close to anyone on this forum, nor do I love or hate anyone specifically. I would do this for anyone. You included. I’ve been on this forum long enough to see things. Yes I know exactly what you’re talking about, even though in my recollection they’ve been a little more measured than what you’re suggesting, and this individual certainly hasn’t made posts condemning others before they even have a chance to say something. And If you think someone is so bad, why meet them on their level. Why not try to be better? Why not try and focus on the strength of your own arguments and your own convictions, instead of preemptively insulting others? If you know the right way, why not follow it?

Ive made a post where he directly demeaned me, only response I got. Kinda pissed me off. I can hold my own in an argument, but he uses some of his assumptions as dogma. He is very frustrating. I give him props for being so passionate but he does it at others detriment. That is what I have found.

I try to remember that whatever they think doesn’t have any affect on the kind of person I am.

I understand what you're saying and I agree, but you have to remember what goes around comes around. Karma is something I believe in, when you do wrong eventually it will always come back around. Maybe not how some think it would, but it does catch up to anyone that does wrong even me. It will always be that way on this forum in spite of what we think or say, it's just how things work.

Hey, I get it. I get that feeling. I just try to make my position as strong as I can, and remember we’re all just here to talk about a video game and have fun. If we disagree we disagree, but if someone starts taking it too far, I try to disengage. It’s tough, I get riled up too sometimes but it’s better to de-escalate than attack.

KG is 100% egotistical and that is a fact. Look at the replies and the upvotes on this post that know how he presents himself to be better than Everyone on this forum and that is just wrong. Edit: The one thing I do not like that he uses as an excuse way too many times as a copout, "people just don't understand me". They may not understand him as a person, but anyone's actions can be seen loud and clear that people base their responses of off actions. He may have some knowledge about the game but he pretends that he actually knows the company personally and that isn't even a joke that even when you have 100% facts, his favorite word to use is [b]( No )[/b] if you disagree with him. Then he goes into this long-winded reply way over-explaining himself trying to use other games, companies, or whatever to stray from the actual subject so he doesn't have to face a fact he can't fight. When he talks about this company especially the director that has no clue what he is actually doing that is only a journalist, this is how he actually acts, Buddy from incredible... Ive found he makes assumptions and ignores evidence. He treats anything he inherently believes as dogma. Its an attribute that is incredible but i wish was more open minded and perhaps not in this forum.
