This fomo crap needs to go. An hour and a half for what could’ve been a cutscene.... that was the most unengaging experience to date, hurry up and wait. Edit: let me add, I do like that they are doing new things and trying them out. Hopefully they continue to innovate and bring us new surprises.

Really shows how far Bungie have fallen Lost their standards, inspiration, ideals, commitment, imagination etc

What a speedy and exciting event is this. -1:00: Event was announced, and Almighty came. -0:01: BGM changed. 0:00: BGM reverted . 0:35: Missiles came. 0:50: Missiles hit to Almighty. 1:30: Explosion. 1:33: Almighty crashed to ground, and shock wave came. I can not understand why no Bungie staffs stopped the boring event. Why? Were there no staffs who is interesting to game experience? Were there no staffs who think this event is not fun? Were there no leaders who hear staff's voice?

If only it had a quick 5 minutes mission, with some dramatic cutscene and soundtrack. I don't know, may be like... Tower on red alert, Zavala on PA tell all quardian to scramble and do whatever is needed to take down the Almighty. Many titans ready to cast their ward of dawn, some warlock stand by ready to use the rift, while others just trying to help with whatever they can think of, minus a group of silly hunters wearing celestial nighthawk trying to shooting up in to the sky a couple times until they realise, it wasn't a very well thought idea. Then ghost gets a call from the hanger and our guardian rush to Amanda, she hesitated then tell us to get in some incomplete prototype jumpship which belong to "someone" that just equip with some explosive that the owner of the ship "borrow" from the cabal. We take off. When we almost at the end of Stratosphere one of the engine malfunction and losing power, we can't get enough trust but we need to enter the Mesosphere to at least be in range to lock-on and fire the warhead at the Almighty. Radio the situation to tower, Zavala tell us that no matter what we need to get those warhead to the target or Rasputin alone won't be enough. Amanda cut in and said something about a lever with a button on it to activated some Fallen tech on the ship but it is very risky because she never have a chance to fully tested it. Look around for that said lever, one right above are head have a word written next to it. "DANGER", ghost and guardian look at each other then nod, while we reach for the lever a few pieces of paper dropped, we push the lever and press the button on the side, within seconds engine gains extra trust. As we approach near the range to fire, red warning lights are blinking with alerting sound. Engine about to explode and began to countdown, we need to push on just a few more secs, as countdown to 3, lock on light is up, we press fire. Warhead leaves the ship. 1 second left, guardian picked up a piece of folded paper. Ghost transmat us out from the ship right before it turns into a fireball and smoke. Right before we start dropping down, for a moment we take a look at the what is in our hand, turns out to be an old crumpled red playing card with a plain blank face except a few lines of handwritten stuff like some kind of codes. It written as follow U+1F[i]0[/i]A1,U+1F[i]0[/i]AE,U+1F[i]0[/i]AD,U+1F[i]0[/i]AD and U+1F[i]0[/i]AA Our body now began to freefall back down to earth...

Idk what you guys were expecting i enjoyed it, fun watching and waiting with your friends. I didn’t expect a huge over blow things, good enough for me next season is in two days nice little thing to bring the community a little closer and kick off the new season
