Primes and powerful drop at your level, up to 1000 and then they cap out. Pinnacles drop past 1000 up to 1010. The weekly pinnacles for crucible, strikes, and gambit are +1 and the pinnacles from the garden of salvation and flawless trials are +2. The pit of heresy and master nightmare hunts as well as the 100k nightfall I believe are +1 pinnacles. So everything but raid and trials are +1. Bearing in mind the level cap will go up in a few days so it won’t be 1010 anymore, if I had to guess it would be 1030 or something.

Prime = +1 or same power level as equipped gear you have. Powerful = Prime Pinacle = Remember how essential engram use to drop(if it drops at all) at +5 or higher power level during the forsaken era?? That would be Pinacle nowadays.
