voice chat issue with ps4 controller on PC
hello,
i'm trying to join a group with my friends but i can't hear in-game voice chat while i can perfectly hear all the game's sound and effects. The only solution i've found so far is to plug off the controller.
any advices?

Hey guys, answering to everyone who asked, yes i solved the problem. My ps4 controller just overlapped the sound settings of the pc. Just change it from there and you should be fine

I too need a solution for this. I can hear the game chat when I unplug the controller, but it doesnt seem they can hear me. I checked voice settings in steam, they are set to my headset. I can use Discord perfectly fine, just not game chat.

2 RepliesIf you are attempting to use the jack on the PS4 controller itself, it does not natively work in a Windows environment. You will have to plug your headset into your PC itself to get audio/mic.
