You can delete two characters, create a third, then delete your other original one so that all you have is a brand new character on your account. Please note that deleting characters will not clear your Triumphs, your Collections, or the like. Please also note that deleting a character cannot be undone.

There's no way to delete all your characters. Once you've created at least one, you can't have less than one on your account.
