Seemingly Unpopular Opinion: I think sunsetting will be fine
I'm sure I'll get downvoted to oblivion for this, but I wanted to show my support. We should at least give a few seasons worth of sunsetting before we write off the entire system. I'm cautiously optimistic about it.
I'm not saying it'll be perfect, but let's see how it goes. One year is a long time to use a weapon/armour build you like (and you can always replay content where level doesn't matter).

11 RepliesYes it will be. It's going to make destiny fun again. The only way it won't is if Bungie pulls some stupid shit and just re introduces old D1 or old 2 weapons consistently. Then the game will die quickly. They need atleast 20-30 new legendaries a season. Brand new, no bullshit. They want to sunset then they have to deliver.
