I'm really hoping a moderator can see this and take it to a higher level, because I know I can't fix this on my own. Long story short, I lost a one of a kind, now impossible roll of my Black Armory Baligant to an infusion glitch of all things. Here's what happened: I had just loaded into the tower and had gotten a weapon I wasn't gonna use, (a Bad News) so I decided to infuse it into a different gun of mine (an Old Fashioned). I went into my Old Fashioned menu and infused the Bad News into it. No problem, it disappeared as you would expect from that menu, though some icons were still loading in. I guess that's what you get on xbox. Fair enough, I thought. Until... I looked into my inventory. The Bad News was still there. The Old Fashioned was still there. The Old Fashioned was at a higher level now, though. Then, I looked around and noticed I was missing something. And then it hit me... My Baligant XU7743 was missing instead. Now, I had that thing locked for good reason. Is there any way someone in support can help me reclaim the dismantled weapon, or at least have a reasonable copy mailed to me? Normally, I would just ask for the glitch to be looked into, but this Baligant was from the testing days of the black armory. It had the old glitch roll where it could spawn with two of the same perk. Mine? Mine had Rampage. Twice. I had two rampage perks on the same gun, it's gone now, and it's not even my fault. If I had accidentally dismantled it myself, that's on me. Hopefully it's understandable why I want my gun back?
