Oh shut up. The overshield has a cooldown of 20 seconds regardless of the hunters mobility stat. So if a hunter dodges every 9 seconds (tier 10 is actually 9 seconds, not 8) like you're making out that we do, that means the hunter will only benefit from the overshield every 27 seconds. The 3rd dodge would be on 18 seconds which is before the cooldown for the overshield has finished. So 1 in 3 dodges a hunter can have a little tiny overshield that lasts barely a second before it auto depletes. Oh no, hoooowwww powerful. Also it has to be a solar subclass, which is the least used in PvP anyway so what even are you actually complaining about. Oh yeah, and hunters dodge animation lasts about a second, so combine that with most weapons in the game having an optimal ttk of around 0.9-1.0 second and even if a hunter dodges to begin the gunfight, it should take you around 3 seconds total before you've killed them. Around 24 seconds before they get their next overshield. If you can't kill another guardian within 27 seconds then you got bigger issues. Like with your aim.
