Banned from LFG?

Hi, I just tried to create an LFG post, only to be informed by Bungie that "A moderator has restricted you from opening new public fireteams due to a previous Code of Conduct violation. This ban lasts @banhours hours. You may still join other fireteams or create private clan fireteams." I haven't been on my Bungie account recently and just discovered this. I've barely even been on Destiny 2... When I check my notifications they say I violated the "Soliciting/ Plagiarism/ Phishing/ Impersonation" rules, for a fireteam I never created. It also says the fireteam was on PSN, but I play primarily on Steam. I'm changing all of my passwords to be safe, but I'm really confused about what's going on, because I didn't do anything. The prior notifications say a moderator removed the title of the actual fireteam, so I can't even start to guess what I'm being accused of. Lastly, I have one new conversation on Bungie, which I did not start, so I know for a fact that I was hacked or something. What can I do about this? I've had a lot of frustrations with this season, but I love the game, and now I can't even make an LFG post to finish activities... Please help.

If someone did log into your account to make an LFG, and violated the terms of service while making the fireteam, than the restriction is on you regardless, as you are responsible for your account and anything that happens on it. I suggest enabling 2 step authentication on your account to prevent future.
