hunters compared to warlocks

Quick question, why is it that warlocks can dodge twice with only a 4 second cool down after using both dodges? lol... Hunters only have one dodge and can only do so on ground with no momentum gain. While warlocks can dodge in air, gain momentum and instantly change directions twice with no consequence. You make us use an exotic for a double dodge, which also needs to be grinded for good stats to be useful. I just dont see your view on hunters and what their identity is, when every other class can do the same but better. Sure titans cant reload while shoulder charging, sure warlocks cant reload while dodging in air twice. They shouldn’t be able to. I just dont understand why hunters are getting the shaft on movement. We should be able to dodge and strafe wall jump at least. Hunters need an upgrade on evade mechanics.

  • The warlock dodge you are referring to isn't a dodge, it's a dash. It does not brake aim assist or target acquisition. There are not a plethora of exotics that revolve around it or other abilities that synergize with it. And it's only on 1 skill tree that isn't even used much. So wtf are you -blam!- about?

      • Hunter dodge doesn’t need a buff or a nerf, neither does warlock dodge.

      • Because dodging with a warlock doesn't break momentum unlike hunters, and you don't get extra perks tied with it either like free reload or breaking aim assist.

        Man this hurts to read. The timer on dodge is fine. You break aim assist and get either a reload or melee replenished (if in proximity to another player) regardless of the subclass. Not mention the good exotics you can pair with it. Icarus dash is good and so is dodge. Neither of them need to be changed

        • Dude are u serious? Bc only 1 skill tree on one subclass allows warlocks to dodge at all and also it's a 5 second cooldown just FYI. Not to mention they all come with shit like automatic weapon reload, immediate melee regeneration, invincibility, invisibility, among other things depending which dodge and skill tree used. And I main a hunter. Even I can't believe you tried to compare that to warlocks. Wow

          • I agree that all other classes have hunter abilities but even more like I see titans shoulder charge out of the way and the shoulder charge into me. I think that hunters should be the fastest and most agile while warlocks have good recovery so the can hide for a bit and then get back into a fight. Which gives a good at advantage bc against another class the could rush after they heal while the other class is healing. And titans have a lot of resistance therefore they could rush and get in better positions. And if hunters are the fastes and most agile they can back away from a fight before they get killed. If all the classes were like that then they would like cancel them each out so it would come to how good u are with each ability. Also it makes sense for hunters to be fastest.

            • Can we please stop fighting between classes, they are better balanced now then arguably ever before. Get something nerfed because you won’t take the time to learn how to get better with your class and you’ll throw everything off. The only class specific complaint I have is antaeus wards and dunemarchers but if you forget exotics and just look at subclasses then again its pretty balanced if you ask me.

            • never in my life would i ever have imagined seeing a post complaining that HUNTERS do not have enough mobility. Please just put on stompees and stop crying about a class that has more mobility than you on 1 subclass
