What happens to Seasonal Exotics when a season ends?
I know the method to acquire the Exotic is removed, but does it go into the Exotic Engram Pool? Maybe not the next immediate season but after a few seasons? If not, I'm confused. As I recall, Bungie stated that they wanted to remove future Exotic inaccessibility, with New Light. I understood Season Pass owners getting Exotics first, but I always assumed they put them into the Engram Pool once the season ended.

2 RepliesCurrently once the season ends the exotic becomes unobtainable. Bungie mentioned a while back that they may add the seasonal exotics to the random exotic loot pool at a later date.

1 ReplyCertain weapons are already in the pool but they are Forsaken - Opulence, Thunderlord and Arbalest being the most prominent. As for Shadowkeep - Worthy exotics, they have been unobtainable. They will likely be put in the general pool when the next DLC drops around September.
