Fated engram issues.
I’m missing one hunter exotics. “Assassins Cowl”. Xur won’t give me it in the fated engram after several attempted. I own full game and all DLCs. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks

The problem is you haven’t completed the Shadowkeep campaign on a hunter, which is why you aren’t getting them from xur.
