Hello, i recently downloaded Destiny 2 and i can't get it to launch, all i can see it's that it runs as a background process.
I've heard this was a problem with some Ryzen cpus while doing some digging, but mine is an i5 7600k.
Things i've tried are: running as admin, compatibility mode, deleting steam_appid and cvars, reinstalling the game.
Please help me, i want to play this game so bad

It it is, slide it to Inactive. You can even try to disable all apps from running in background (first slider), just for testing reasons. I don't recommend leaving it disabled.

1 ReplyOne of the things that you could try is to verify the game files in the game. You do that by going onto Destiny 2 Steam > Properties > Local Files > Verify Game Files If that doesnt work i would say the second best thing is to get in contact with Steam Support as it may be a problem with your account specifically. Does this happen to you on any other games or just Destiny 2?
