PvP is a joke and is completely unfun (Console)
600 autos run the crucible, but theyre "balanced" according to the TWAB.
If i wanted to play a game where autos are my primary, id play cod. I play destiny to use weapons that are different than other games. But youve ran it into the ground.
600 autos cater to trash can players, with trash aim.

1 ReplyPretty sure in the twab last week they said they’re going to re tune them in the upcoming season. So basically a nerf. Well see how they are next season. But the summoner is getting an adept version so expect that to still be incredibly good.

Destiny 2 is too late in its cycling to do anything close to balancing and it’s not a game where PvP and weapons will ever be balanced. Side note everyone who plays PvP will use what’s best in the sand box.... kind of like mind benders is the best ease of use shotgun and revoker refunds ammo.... moral is if it has an advantage in perks, ease of use, or ttk out killing it then it’s going to be use. This game has always struggled with balance and just won’t happen unless you set ttk across the board but even then you have perks and some are better than others... realistically it’s not possible to balance that well they tried in D2 and they did it by limiting rolls which killed the game... so they have only one choice... at this point and that’s D3. Why is that a lot of the old staff that’s worked on D2 like in d1 is leaving.... burnt out and better options... so this game will have the same problem you’ve seen with it’s development phase... hopefully you’ll enjoy the new game... hopefully it’s better but reality wise.... might not happen based off of studies in history.... I like many hope the game gets better but I’m not buying into it anymore the game has had enough slack to hang itself with now🤷♂️ right now D2 has a skeleton crew and also here you can only use this much meat.... really and truly D2 can’t become any better without getting rid of things.... which ironically is what sunsetting is all about and people don’t like it... nor do i personally. Like I said game has to much going against it than for it so try not to get to happy about changes.... D3 is already being discussed... I’m on wait and see but good luck.

They will lose some power once the seasonal mod "enhanced scatter projectile targeting" is gone at the end of this season. That's not that long from now. Maybe scout rifle targeting next season?
