Just bought D1 Collection, but DLC codes are expired. HELP!

Veteran D1 and D2 player here. I recently bought my son a ps4 and then realized later that for a period of time his was the main user on my ps4. So now I can’t access any of the Taken King or ROI content. So I bought a ‘new’ version of the collection on disc. But the dlc codes expired in 2018. Can bungie provide updated codes? Anybody know how to get around this? How do I even contact bungie?

  • Bungie is unable to provide replacements for those expired codes. You will need to go back to the retailer you purchased from, and request a refund for the defective/expired product. Purchasing directly from your platform store is the only way to get access to Destiny 1 expansions, as all physical copies of the game will have expired codes. This is why those physical copies are sold for so much less than the platform stores charge.
