"Pinnacle rewards and Prime engrams"
Dear Bungie,
It is nice to see text messages during planetary travel describing some aspects of game content. Could you tell me more about “Pinnacle rewards” it appears that such rewards are not standardized. I keep getting Pinnacle engrams dropping at the level of a “Prime engram” or the level of the character minus artifact. This is a major problem and needs a remedy. It would be useless chasing after such rewards.
On another note "Beaver" errors are forever this is urgent.

Until you reach 1000 power, 'Pinnacle (+!)' rewards (Gambit, Vanguard Strike and Clan XP rewards) and Prime Engrams/Powerful rewards are essentially the same thing. They will drop at your current Gear Power score plus 1 to 3.. Once you reach 1000 Power (gear score), Pinnacle (+1) Rewards will drop at your Gear Score +1. Prime Engrams and Powerful Rewards will drop at your current Gear Score. Pinnacle (+2) Rewards from such things as Raids, Iron Banner Bounties and other High level activities will drop at your current Gear Score plus 3 to 5 (I think?) until you reach 1000, and Gear Score plus 2 once you reach 1000. Artifact Bonus does not factor into Reward Power.

3 RepliesIf you're gear is not all equal light, say four at 950, two at 960 (large disparity for no real reason here), and the remaining say at 958. If your pinnacle drops for your two slots that are at 960. You won't see the gains you should in my personal experience, until the disparity in gear lessens. Though if it dropped pinnacle for the 950 slots, and you didn't see a gain. I'd say random bug, or you didn't receive a pinnacle (which may also be a bug). But, I've personally managed to receive a pinnacle while at 1005 across the board, for that one to be 1007, and then 1007 for that same slot 4 times in a row. Until I got a few other pinnacles to push the others up, then they started to go above like they should.
