Change Cross Save Characters Location
I setup up cross save for the first time after getting a gaming PC - but i wanted my characters from my XBox account to be where they came from and not from my new Steam account.
Unfortunately, now I have no characters anyway. I know I can disable cross-save but i dont' want to have to wait 90 days to reactivate.
Is there a way I can change which platform the "saved" characters originate from?

3 RepliesHi there. When you setup Cross Save, you chose Steam as the Active Account — this is why you're not seeing your Xbox characters. If you wish to request that Bungie switch your Active Account, head over to this article and fill out the contact form at the bottom. [b]Do not disable Cross Save in the meantime![/b] https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 Please note that Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.
