I've been working out every day for a month or so now.
100 pushups, situps, and squats is not an issue. I can do that. I actually did 300 pushups the other morning.
Running is gonna be the issue. And its gonna suck. 6.2 miles. Per day. Thats the goal. Not gonna be easy to get there. But I'm gonna buy some running shoes and work my way up. Wish me luck with that.

Good luck, be careful of the sore muscles. Too much and you'll just end up hurting yourself. If you see a lobsterman be sure to attack him.
