Been waiting for this for months now without any clarification on when these are shipping out. I know the COVID-19 crisis slowed things down, but my order was in long before that. Please give more of an answer than "we're working on it". You already took my money, so please give me what I paid for.

Its been 10 months. The Bungie store customer service email response is a generic form letter response of "virus makes things hard on us, but you can cancel your order if you want." No answers, but screw us, right? They already have our money.
