I am having an unrelated issue that may turn into a RELATED problem with Destiny 2. Currently I am having issues with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on my system using 100% of my CPU. It's an i5-8400, 16GB 2133MHz DDR4 RAM, RTX 2060 6GB. One recommendation is use Process Lasso which is like Task Manager to limit the apps cpu usage and increase responsiveness with my system. The only concern I have is compatibility with Destiny 2. Will there be performance issues or account flags when this app is active while Destiny 2 is running?

Edited by ADragonWithin: 5/16/2020 6:00:00 PMAny application that attempts to interact, overwrite, or otherwise modify the Destiny 2 processes or code can result in a ban. Your best bet would be to contact the Process Lasso developers and ask them how their program works. If the program works by interacting with the process directly, then I wouldn't suggest using it with Destiny 2. If it only interacts with your computer's OS software that determines CPU time priority and doesn't interact with the processes themselves, then it's up to you whether or not you wish to take the chance. If Destiny 2's anticheat detects any interaction from an outside source, it will pop a flag and submit a report for the Bungie teams to review, which can lead to a ban. So, if you're up in the air about Process Lasso, then you should contact them to determine exactly how it works so you can be prepared for the outcome of your choice if it goes badly for you. - Overall, if you have to ask "Will this cause a problem?" then it's best to err on the side of caution and approach it as if it will cause a problem instead of assuming it won't, so make sure you know everything going on before you make your decision.
