Weapon expirations
The second Destiny makes the game all grind for weapons that will expire and take away the value of all of my pinnacle weapons I’ve struggled to get, I’m out. I am a grown ass adult with a full-time job and a family. I’m not a kid with nothing but time on my hands. We will see how it goes, but I have a feeling a ton of people, like myself will be leaving the community. I was a D1 player that stuck with the game through thick and thin, but this seems a little extreme. So many people stopped playing WOW for the same reasons....

1 ReplyAgreed. It sucks. Look at this way, you had fun with the game. It's just time to move on to something else. I was here since D1 too and this retiring in weapon crap killed all incentive to play on. It's a looter shooter with expiring loot. Let that sink in.

1. Wrong forum page as this page is for Destiny topics and nothing to do with D2 which has it's own page. 2. Players wanted a reason to grind new weapons.... now you have one. 3. This is old news as Bungie originally announced this over a month ago. 4. Weapons have a year lifespan.. after that most of us have moved on to other weapons by that point.
