Iron Banner Power level glitch or hack?
I came across a couple of people today in iron banner and their artifact/power level was still active. Is this a glitch or should I be reporting these people? (I don't want to report anyone of that person isnt even aware that its happening.)

Yep, been this way for awhile and they haven't fixed it lol ... and they acknowledged they knew about it.

It happens frequently. It also stops that person from getting any bounty or quest progress. Just a bug / glitch that happens due to connection issues when the match is loading.
