Why do Shotgun apes hate on Fusion Rifle users?
I'm playing some Iron Banner (So far no artifact glitches) and I'm using my all time favorite crucible weapon: The Erentil FR4
A few games in I managed to get top of the leaderboard and some Unbroken guy invites me to a party to tell me how much I crutched on it.
Even though he himself was rocking Spare / Mindbenders / Stompies.
Like why do I get all this hate and when I talk back about their equally skilless loadout, without fail, every. Single. One. Says that it's better or that it takes more skill than Erentil.
Like why. It's always the shotgun users, no one else.

22 RepliesBecause you have a weapon that renders their shotguns useless. Words of wisdom: people are allowed use the most “op” and “crutch” weapons, call it skill,and kill you repeatedly. And you are supposed to like it. But when you have a load out that beats them? You have 0 skill, and are a big fat loser according to them. 0 skill shotgun user: supposedly top tier player 0 skill fusion rifle user: what a noob! Who dares use a crutch!
