I can't claim PREVIOUS SEASON reward
in the SEASONS page, it shows I have 5 rewards to be claimed in the PREVIOUS SEASON
but when I tried to claim them, it says "You do not have permission to claim this reward. (1686)"

3 RepliesIf you are attempting to pull rewards from the bottom track of the seasons page then it could be why you are receiving the error. According to the API, you did not have a season pass for season 9. If you are trying to pull from the top track, then I'm unsure what the issue is. Can you post a screen shot of what you are attempting to redeem?
