I like the random raid exotics they have. But there should be a quest for a pinnacle raid weapon that requires raids completions/raid kills etc to obtain. It would get more people into the raid and add skmething else to the raid that is worth grinding for. Say No To Rage had a discussion about this, it would improve the quality of life for the raids.
