Is 1k voices still good?
I got 1k voices but i don't know if i should use it over the xenophage (actium war rig) I've been running

1k is a top tier choice for dps. Just be careful because it can kill you if you use it on surfaces that are too close to you (a teammate, a wall, the sword from a warlocks well).

1k is better, unless you're standing in well with others.

Stick with Xeno/AWRs. Not only can you put out more dps AND more overall damage, you don't risk blowing yourself up. Not only this, fusion & ammo mods don't work with 1kv. The only thing that works is running specifically 2 fusion ammo reserves, which will give you ONE extra shot from 1kv. The only thing 1kv is good for is wiping all the shield drones at once from forge bosses.

It depends for what. 1k is a solid weapon but Xenophage puts out more damage overall.
