Good easily obtained AR
Trying to find a good AR for both crucible and pve, any suggestions?

Gnawing Hunger from Gambit Prime and Reckoning.

Buy Suros regime or hardlight

The Ros Lysis. It's a blue weapon but it works great in PvP. The Seraph auto rifle with the right perks is great for PvE.

Start out by always having the blue Ros Lysis II in the kinetic slot as you get them in higher light levels keep the highest. It is a very good 600 AR. As solid as you could want. on the legendary. You can complete forges and hope that a great Galliard drops for you. If it does you have a top tier AR. There are others but those two come to mind and with one of them being a blue you can get it fairly quickly the other you can obtain while grinding for top end forge weapons and don't forget to do the forge bounties to get drops of weapons from other sources while at it.

Arc Logic can roll with good pvp and pve rolls.

Xur is selling Monte Carlo this week. Great AR if you don't need to run a different exotic.

Grab any 600 from collections from year 1... The Gaillard-42 will do fine.. Rampage, steady or ricochet rounds en 3 scopes for your fancy... The one from the forges just has random rolls but shares the same base stats

You’d have to mess with some rolls, but galliard, seventh seraph AR, and valakadyn are all viable. If you want one that is good for both, dynamic sway reduction, and rampage should be a goal
