Its range to dmg ratio is off the charts not to mention the time it takes to get it back its -blam!-ing stupid fix ur shit bungie

It's very easy to get it back in pve cause you can farm kills while in the air in pvp its decent also it doesnt do much damage unlike shoulder charge that it's one hit kill.
