Serious Quest Bug!!!!! (In Search of Answers)
Platform: PS4
Character: Titan (979 light)
Number of Quests: 32/63
Description: Accepted quest, Shadowkeep: In Search of Answers, but the quest will not show up on map. Restarted game, checked postmaster, nothing works. The game keeps just highlighting Eris Morn as if I'm supposed to talk to her but she says nothing. Need help to continue campaign!
This is apparently a bug that's been on going since the expansion was released last fall. How the hell did you folks at Bungie not fix this yet? I feel like I just wasted my money honestly. I thought things would be different now that you're free of Activision. Sorry for the rant but this really hurts.
UPDATE:
The issue somehow resolved itself. Was looking at the map trying to see if I'm missing the location or something, and then it popped up on the map right before my eyes after looking for almost 5 minutes. Super weird.

THIS MAY HELP... I was Googling just before Beyond Light release cuz I felt stuck trying to finish Shadokeep with an alt character. I felt like I was getting no progress. I knew the game and knew what to do, but I was doing it WITHOUT STARTING THE CAMPAIGN STEP (cuz I'd done all this a million times before). This does not relate to the presumably fixed problems from a year ago. This is for people with "In Search of Answers" and feeling lost. (1) activate the quest, and yes, (2) go to the top of the hill -- follow quest marker)... Just keep the quest active. I finally progressed. Was not a bug for me... It was just that all the Google hits showed results from back when there was a bug.
