Show Your Color Triumph Not Tracking at All?

I've completed quite a few Guardian Games bounties on my Warlock but I'm not showing any progress - literally 0% - on this Triumph. This is the only character I have been using, even though I have a Titan. Is it bugged? Really frustrated here

I'm having the same issue. Completing bounties and zero progress on the triumph.
