I can't reclaim dead ghost quests from Eris on Moon
Is it possible to reclaim the dead ghost quests on Moon? I accidentally deleted them in earlier season and now I would like to complete the Harbinger title.

You need to have a Ghost Trace (I think that's what it was) in order for Eris to offer the ghost quests. You can find them by just doing random stuff on the moon like patrols, lost sectors, public events, or even just opening boxes.
