So, I've seen people place rally banners every now and gladly used them. But now that I finally came around to figure out where you can buy them... I can't place them. I know it's supposed to be in the white circle before an encounter. And Google isn't helping either: "Place banner in circle" Ok, how, should I get a button prompt? Should I be able to use them from the inventory? Or is it linked to being in a clan? Thanks in advance, I really want to give something back to all the people and not just leech.
