Hi there. Wormgod Caress is currently disabled due to a bug with its perk. You won't be able to equip it until Bungie issues a fix for it.

There's currently no ETA on a fix unfortunately. I recommend keeping an eye on "This Week at Bungie" blog posts on the front page as well as @BungieHelp on Twitter for updates on known issues.
