DLC from Console to PC
I switched from Console to Pc on Destiny 2 when Shadowkeep came out and by that time on the Console, I had all the DLC's including Forsaken... but when I switched over to PC I have to buy Forsaken again just to play the content and quests it gives. Why is that?

You know of any game that allows you to carry DLCs from another platform to the other? Cross-save is entirely different.
