I want this game to fail miserably, so that it can succeed...
Title, I've been with Destiny for...shit since the Alpha of D1 and Destiny was my dream game back then, I was like 12. And to see something I've owed many great memories and moments dwindle and dwindle due to their clueless developer is a shame indeed.
The only way I can see Destiny become great again, is if it fails miserably and forces Bungie to step up their game, to -blam!-ing step up their -blam!-ing game and close my -blam!-ing mouth with an amazing comeback.

I'd love to see it sink even further. I want to know what happens then. A situation worse than D2 Y1 levels? That's an opportunity Bungie can't miss.

2 RepliesSo if a sitcom fails time and time again with Ratings do you think they’ll just keep making episodes? Doesn’t work that way. If Destiny truly “fails” they’ll just abandon it and go back to the drawing board. I’ve never understood that way of thinking.

1 ReplyAgreed. It's pretty unfortunate, but the best Destiny we've gotten (Forsaken, TTK) has been in times where the game was on the brink. That seems to be the only way to get them to do their job.

Agreed, but them admitting and fixing the insane amount of problems with this game would take remaking all of it will also most likely never happen with this Bungie.
