The time it takes Bungie to respond to issues has always been a problem. The typical 9-12 months to fix “how did this even make it into the game?” issues like Lord of Wolves have been hurting the game for years but this year it’s actually bleeding the game out. Problems people have been pointing out since before Shadowkeep are still going unaddressed. Worse is somehow after two years of working on it Trials it launched with literally every problem people could have predicted it would have. And now we wait 9-12 months for it to be “fixed”. How many man hours and resources got wasted on Trails only for it to sit in the repair shop AGAIN?
Look at all the problems right now: Crappy sandbox due to unnecessary changes, constant error codes, nothing but bounty after bounty, Hardlight obviously needing an adjustment, cheaters flooding the game. Bungie’s only response is “totally working on it and also we’re retiring your weapons”. These all pile up because they can’t react with any sort of speed to a problem. They just keep stacking and stacking till we end up here with a season dedicated to a broken mode that’s making people leave the game and a mountain of problems we’ve already had for ages. Stop adding stuff to the game until you’ve actually fixed it and can fix it a reasonable amount of time.

49 RepliesIt’s almost as if there is something going around keeping some people from working at full potential. Hmmmm, what can it be? I mean I’ve noticed they are reacting much slower than they were a couple months ago. Unlike you, I put the pieces together.
