MOMENTUM TRANSFER DOESN'T GIVE MELEE ENERGY

On warlock with fusion grenades and starfire protocol, enhanced momentum transfer mod on arms. First grenade gives melee energy when it sticks, all good. Second grenade doesn't give any melee energy however. Believe it to be a bug, no reason for second grenade not to give just as much melee energy as the first one with enhanced momentum transfer mod.

  • theres definately a small cooldown, using sunbracers at alter of sorrows you can wack out 5 solar nades and watch the melee bar as ads run into them, youl see it rise in chunks, stoping between each burst of momentum transfer, i can still get my whole melee back in one proc of sunbracers sometimes wich is kinda funny nades on nades on nades

  • There is a cooldown effect on Momentum Transfer and Impact Induction. The game does not say anything about it, but if you try to trigger these perks in rapid succession, they will not work that well. It's to keep players from having certain unlimited "this" or "that" builds. It's also to keep some single grenades and such from triggering the perk more than once for ability spam in that manner.
