You should maybe try now since Battle-eye now officially supports linux though steams proton layer,ill try when i have some free time

No, Bungie and the Destiny community are extremely hostile to Linux users in my experience. I started a petition that now has over 3000 signatures but it has had no effect. https://www.change.org/p/bungie-inc-allow-linux-users-to-play-destiny-2
