Rift and Barricade shouldn't have a 20+ second cooldown at the higher tiers of recovery and resilience. It needs to be significantly faster.

I don't agree that the cooldowns need to be buffed per say, except maybe at the lower ends of their respective class stats. What I do think needs to be buffed is the deployment time on a controller, since you have to hold the button to activate them, unlike a Hunter Dodge(or similarly, Dawnblade's Icarus Dash) that takes a quick double tap. This doesn't have much to do with the actual topic, but...
if you're near the start of your slide, it's actually only a single press since the second press will be within the timeframe of you first pressing B/Circle to initiate your slide, causing you to dodge. That's part of the whole Slide --> Shoot(especially with Shotguns) --> Dodge --> Shoot again, jump then shoot, or disenage maneuver(s) you'll see a lot of mechanically skilled or well-practiced players on Hunters employ so frequently.
Barricade cooldown is fine. Rift could stand to shorten the cooldown. What they both really need is to have faster cast animations, and not be tied to goddamn crouch on controllers (Dodge included).

Rift? Sure it could use a cooldown buff across the board. Barricade? It's max cooldown is like 15 seconds or something. You basically get it back by the time the first barricade ends. It doesn't really need a cooldown buff. There's no favoritism, just the majority of players ignoring ability durations when comparing cooldowns.

1 ReplyHunters get a dodge every 9 seconds. The favoritism is insanely obvious.
