Matchmaking not working (UPDATED)
Since yesterday I have been having connectivity issues with the game. When I launch the game and choose my character I am meet with a few contacting destiny servers errors, but then takes me to orbit like normal. I tried to play iron banner and is been ten minutes and no one joined and if I go to pve there is lots of lag with the enemies.
I have already reinstalled the game, check my internet connection by susesfully playing other online games on steam. I have scanned my computer for any viruses that can cause the problem. Still, nothing I have tried have fix it. Does anyone knows what can be causing the issue?

I decided to record a video with showing what is happening even after fixing all the issues that I could find. Contacted my ISP and they where able to fix an issue affecting my router. Still with all that the game doesn't work.

I have been waiting in matchmaking for 30 minutes and nothing happens, not even an error as reference. In the tower I always join by myself and don't see anyone else.

1 ReplyFrom the looks of it, you can barely connect to a Bungie server which allows you to retrieve your characters and load the game world, but then you just can't connect to other players around the world to join any actual activity. This may be due to a few reasons: from a defective router (unlikely, but you mentioned that your ISP tried to fix an issue of your router) to your ISP having some serious problems (wouldn't be surprised that's the real reason) at the moment.

19 RepliesCan you please provide your upload and download speeds as reported by speedtest.net? Also, your NAT as reported by the game? It's sounding like your ISP may be having some regional connectivity issues. You said that this issue started yesterday, correct? Did anything happen shortly before then, to your knowledge?
