Make Sleeper Simulant Great Again
I'm not saying break it, but make it top tier. It should be. The lore behind it, the quest behind it, the absolute nightmare of finishing the catalyst...
A random legendary grenade launcher should not out perform the Sleeper Simulant. Please consider making it great again.

Everything around it is getting nerfed, so it probably will be the least worst weapon in the game soon.
