For the past 11 months, I have been unable to sign into my Bungie Account using my Microsoft Credentials. I had to create a new account using twitch prime but I still can’t log into my Microsoft account even with an account already logged in. Im in a clan called Salvation of Darkness. My name is LUKEYPOO3000(haha embarrassing I know) in it so there’s proof that I actually have an account. You can also look up my profile on Xbox Live(LUKEYPOO3000). I get the usual Error: “Authentication Error We were unable to sign you in with your Xbox Live account. Please visit xbox.com and sign in to verify/update your Xbox Live account. This error usually indicates that your Microsoft account has no Xbox Live Gamertag, or that your account must be updated in some way, such as agreeing to an updated terms of use.” I have been to Xbox.com-which is just a sorry excuse for a support page with no profile functionality whatsoever-and I’ve been to my Microsoft account page, which is properly set up. I’ve used the same Gamertag for 9 years and I’ve had a Bungie account since the beginning of Destiny 1. I still get emails for my regular account too, which makes this even more odd because I still can’t sign in. I’ve done everything. I’ve gone incognito, updated security info, changed password, deleted cache, tried different devices much to no avail, different applications and websites-all useless, deleted cookies and browser history, etc. you name it, I’ve tried it, for 11 months. I’ve gone through my account settings on Microsoft’s website and on my Console’s settings. I am completely unrestricted in content and apps. I have no Microsoft family set up. I’ve even contacted Microsoft/Xbox support directly and they couldn’t help me. If I could get some help on this, that’d be greatly appreciated.
