I have been playing for a long time. I stopped when destiny moved to steam. Then when quarantine began I started playing again. I have handed in thousands of crucible tokens, gunsmuth materials, and IB tokens but am not getting the general armour mods (increased recovery, increased mobility, increased intellect etc.). I've googled this but haven't found anyone answering the problem. I've completed the shadowkeep story as per some advice from friends, but that hasn't worked either. Is there a way to get these mods that I'm missing?
