Still possible to get steel feather repeater?
If not, are there any other good kinetic auto rifles?

Ether Doctor is your best bet. Adaptives are good right now. PvE - Alloy Mag + Zen Moment/Grave Robber + Rampage PvP - Ricochet Rounds + Zen Moment/Tap The Trigger + Under Pressure/Slideshot/Moving Target

Breakneck is pretty good if you’re willing to grind gambit. Not an auto rifle but the exit strategy sub machine gun, again from gambit, is a nice kinetic option. The ether doctor is also a decent kinetic option

Ummmmm hazard of the cast, 2nd best auto in the game. Get one with zen moment/kill clip. It's smooth as butter and melts just as fast as a 600rpm auto.
