1 ReplyTo be clear, a DDOS will put you offline for hours, not minutes. So let’s not say that you were DDOS unless you have had to speak with your ISP to get back online. You also do not get suspended from leaving one game. You had to leave two or three games before in a short amount of time.

Edited by Ingwe-Queen: 4/13/2020 4:56:20 PMThey do not suspend you for a one time error. Suspensions are 30-60mins Have you physically checked your connection? People are saying “my connection is ok” but after checking they are found to be at fault. People think having a very fast internet makes them immune to errors wrong. Your UP speed is more important. People are forgetting all ISP providers are under pressure at the moment due to the increase of people and demand is high causing congestion. Just because you have fast internet does not mean you are getting that fast internet. If you are in a household in isolation and have phones, tablets, computers, consoles all attached to that 1 connection it is going to be a strain. Below is a test if you have UP speeds are 3-5 and only you are using it you will be good. However, if it is 3-5 and more people are using it then you will have a problem. Please post the results if you would like further advice. Test Here

1. If you did not lose internet on all devices in your home, it was not a ddos. 2. Leaving a match for any reason, network issues, server issues, power failures, hurricanes, tornadoes, act of cats, little brothers, will result in a mark, too many marks in a short period of time results in a 30-60 min suspension.
