Lost connection to ps4 account/cross save not working

Hello, if anybody would be able to help that would be greatly appreciated and I would be extremely grateful. A couple of weeks ago I tried to cross-save since I have both a PC and a ps4 after playing on ps4 since the launch of D1 all the way up through now. However, when I went to cross-save, the Bungie website was in a strange format but I went through anyway (huge mistake). It said that I "deactivated cross-save" and must wait 90 days. I thought that was extremely sad since I had to now use another account to play destiny 2 on PC but I went through with it. I have been playing for fun on my new PC account and decided to check back in with my ps4 account to make sure everything was alright, but when I try to log in this shows up (image attached). Does anyone have any advice on how to get past the glitch in the cross-save or this problem in general? I would really like to get cross-save to work without waiting the rest of the 2ish months or at the very least get my ps4 account to work so I know I didn't lose years of progress.

  • Hi there. It sounds like you first enabled it then went back and undid your Cross Save. Unforunately if you have deactivated Cross Save you must wait the 90-day security lockout to enable it again. There are no exceptions to this policy.
